What this is

A Liminal Company is a holding company for a portfolio of AI-native businesses. Each one is built to run without a standing human team — operations, support, and product delivery handled by AI systems.

The name is deliberate. Liminal describes a threshold — a state between what was and what comes next. That's exactly where we think we are with AI: past the demo phase, not yet at the end state. The interesting work happens in the middle.

This site is the public face of that work. The portfolio is real. The businesses are being built. Updates come through the writing.
